London calling...

Wake up early- eat breakfast – grab your packed lunch – go! We travel by train to London Bridge, then we stroll along the River Thames to Tower Bridge and to the Tower of London. The journey continues by boat to the City of Westminster. We disembark directly next to the Houses of Parliamant. On our left is the London Eye, on our right is the Big Ben and behind that is Westminster Abbey. Everything here is so “royal”. We take a break in St. James’s Park and from there it is not far to Buckingham Palace, the Horse Guards and No.10 Downing Street. The highlight of the day is the visit to Madame Tussaud’s.

Whoever has already been there has the option of visiting “Ripley’s believe it or not” instead. The older students choose the “Scream Show” at the London Dungeon. Late in the evening, all the students return with happy faces, very satisfied with their “big day” in London. The food is especially good today and comes in really big portions. A day in London makes you hungry and tired – Sleep well, Benendonians!
