Eastbourne is a seaside resort on the English Channel in the county of East Sussex in England. With a population of around 100,000 inhabitants it is the second largest city in the county. Eastbourne is primarily known for being one of the most popular seaside cities in the South of England. We will be visiting just as something unique is happening. Every August, Eastbourne becomes “Airbourne” for four days. In these four days one of the largest international air shows anywhere takes place. Eastbourne's International Airshow – Airbourne – returns once more with what is sure to be a thrilling line-up including military fast jets, helicopters, parachutists and incredible displays from aerobatics teams, including the Red Arrows. Airbourne is back from Thursday 11th to Sunday 14th August 2016 and entry is FREE!
